I have been "testing" the new song CHISELED IN STONE on some people and the feedback is phenomenal! I am very happy and proud to receive such awesome comments on the song!

I am very proud to announce that my brand new song, Chiseled In Stone, is ready for release in 2024 or maybe early 2025 at the latest!

It was recorded and produced by Hallgeir Rustan at Stargate Studios in Norway and he is also responsible for the arrangements. He did an amazing job!

Rhythm guitars and bass was played by skilled Norwegian musician Jarl Ivar Andresen. He did a fantastic job once again for me!

Background vocals was done byJostein Almaasbro and dubbed by Nils K Rue.

Special guests are Nils K Rue on lead vocals and I am very happy to get him onboard on this song! He is the voice of prog rockers Pagan`s Mind and I have always loved his singing. To have that kind of voice on a song like this is perfect.

The other special guest here is Joel Hoekstra on lead guitars. Joel is world wide reqognized as one of the best guitar players on the planet and he is famed for his work with Whitesnake, Trans Sibirian Orchestra, Joel Hoekstra`s 13 and Nightranger among others. 

To top it all on a song like this I contacted 5 times grammy winner Chris Lord-Alge i Los Angeles,US to mix it. His mixing skils is absolutely world class and to have one of the best in the world (maybe even THE best) to take care of the sound was absolutely amazing! 

I could not be more happy with the result and I wanna thank all involved for an amazing job. I am very proud of how you all made this song turn out. Alone I am nothing!

I wrote this song, sure. But it doesn`t do you much good to have a cool song idea if you don`t have people to bring that coolness into life. These people can do that!

I made the cover myself this time. 

It`s a positive song and the most AOR-oriented song I have ever written. The theme of the song is that most people have a special one that they let go but never forgot. The first love that you never forget no matter what you do or who you`re with. (A line in the song goes: What has passed? Who can tell? What could come? Who knows?) So I guess the moral in the song is: Don`t stop believing, you never know what might happen in life...!:-) I look forward to let everybody hear it and we are working with a releaseplan as we speak. 

Next thing up is to make a cool lyric video for it and that will take some time, but stay tuned for further info...
